Provide Tier 1-2 support for Windows and macOS devices, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networks, VPN, Wi-Fi, and printers. Manage device imaging, configuration, patching, lifecycle activities, user access, and hardware inventory. Responsibilities include data integration, quality validation, feature engineering, model evaluation, deployment, monitoring, visualization, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration while following data governance, privacy, security, and responsible AI practices.

Analyzes workforce, staffing, productivity, SLA, and operational data to support capacity planning and strategic workforce initiatives. Develops forecasts, dashboards, reports, and workforce plans; manages Prohance adoption and vendor coordination; tracks position control, budgets, risks, and business changes. Partners with HR, executives, and cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation, improve retention and productivity, support organizational change, and align staffing with business demand.

Leads a .NET development team by providing technical direction, mentoring, and career support. Designs and develops complex applications using C#, ASP.NET Core, MSSQL, and Entity Framework; oversees code quality, architecture, CI/CD, Agile delivery, and technical debt reduction. Partners with product, QA, and DevOps teams, manages sprint execution, and recruits developers. The role also supports healthcare revenue cycle software delivery and team growth.

Design and implement prompt-driven language model features for revenue cycle data. Collaborate with AI teams to create reliable outputs and streamline tasks for users.

The AI Engineer will design and implement machine learning models and NLP solutions for healthcare applications, develop MLOps practices, and ensure HIPAA compliance while collaborating with data scientists to improve revenue cycle management processes.
