Own end-to-end recruiting across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Design, and other functions. Responsibilities include proactive sourcing, candidate assessment, interviewing, offer negotiation, closing, hiring-manager partnership, structured interview design, recruiting metrics, pipeline development, and AI-enabled process improvement. Provide secondary support for onboarding and essential People Operations activities, including employee documentation, benefits coordination, HRIS updates, and payroll coordination.

Own Avoma’s AWS infrastructure, reliability, scalability, and deployment pipelines. Architect highly available systems for large video, audio, and meeting-data workloads; automate infrastructure with Terraform; manage Docker, ECS, and Kubernetes environments; implement autoscaling and zero-downtime deployments; and build observability using Datadog, Grafana, and Sentry. Partner with backend engineers, lead incident response and post-mortems, write operational tooling, and drive infrastructure standards through reviews and technical proposals.

Own customer outcomes across onboarding, adoption, value realization, renewal, and expansion. Use customer data, AI, automation, CRM, and success platforms to identify risks, improve retention, and build scalable playbooks. Lead strategic business reviews, advise executive stakeholders, translate customer feedback into product insights, and help define scalable Customer Success processes and programs.
