Leads Avocados From Mexico’s media, analytics, audience, and measurement strategy across omnichannel paid channels. Oversees media planning, agency activation, optimization, audience segmentation, performance analytics, budget stewardship, governance, and executive reporting. Partners across Brand, Digital, Shopper, and Foodservice teams to drive growth and improve marketing ROI. Manages and develops two direct reports while advancing internal media capabilities, operational standards, attribution, and innovation.

Leads foodservice business development, sales growth, promotional programs, account relationships, contract negotiations, and strategic partnerships across restaurant, distributor, institutional, and concessions accounts. Manages key account plans, CRM activity, budgets, forecasting, ROI, presentations, product placement, and cross-functional marketing execution. Requires foodservice sales experience, relationship-building, analytical skills, promotional program expertise, and up to 40% travel.
