Coordinates shipping, receiving, inventory control, and transportation activities. Responsibilities include processing domestic and international shipments, preparing documentation, working with carriers and 3PLs, generating reports and pick lists, managing WMS/ERP data, conducting cycle counts, resolving inventory discrepancies, and coordinating dock appointments. The role also involves pallet-jack material handling, cost analysis, and communication with customer service, manufacturing, purchasing, vendors, and shipping teams.

Respond to customer inquiries through calls, chats, and emails; document issues accurately; route concerns; handle order inquiries; report vendor issues; and meet performance metrics for quality, customer satisfaction, productivity, and queue availability. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, adaptability to feedback, reliable attendance, and regular computer and office equipment use in an on-site environment.

Own the launch and growth of an authority content platform, including information architecture, topic clusters, editorial standards, and publishing. Write and optimize product, category, landing-page, certification, sustainability, and educational content. Lead organic search and AI visibility strategy, track traffic, revenue, and citation share, and manage claims substantiation. Partner with design, UX, brand, sourcing, and PR teams while building a freelance writing bench. This is a hands-on player-coach role with potential team growth.

Own Avocado’s programmatic, audio, self-serve CTV, OTT, display, out-of-home, and emerging media portfolio. Responsibilities include setting channel strategy, managing vendors and budgets, executing media buys, consolidating partners, optimizing campaigns, developing targeting and measurement frameworks, maintaining Northbeam tracking, and delivering performance insights to leadership. This senior individual contributor role requires independent channel ownership, hands-on media expertise, testing discipline, and strong vendor, analytics, and communication skills.

Serve as primary contact for assigned accounts; process orders (EDI, email, NetSuite); coordinate shipping (FedEx, UPS WorldShip); handle replacements, cancellations, warranty claims, and order tracking; monitor inventory and collaborate with Sales, Logistics, Warehouse, Manufacturing, and Customer Experience to resolve issues and meet departmental performance goals.
