Lead and coach multiple showroom locations across the North East, oversee daily operations of a home store, drive sales and digital performance, manage KPIs, staffing, inventory, and customer escalations, support events and community initiatives, and ensure regional consistency and brand representation.

Perform final mattress assembly by creating uniform tufts with specialized tools, passing threads to secure layers, inspecting for quality, moving materials between stations, maintaining a clean and safe workstation, following Cal/OSHA and company safety practices, and collaborating with teammates to meet production goals.

Serve as primary contact for assigned accounts; process orders (EDI, email, NetSuite); coordinate shipping (FedEx, UPS WorldShip); handle replacements, cancellations, warranty claims, and order tracking; monitor inventory and collaborate with Sales, Logistics, Warehouse, Manufacturing, and Customer Experience to resolve issues and meet departmental performance goals.
