Manages customer relationships, responds to inquiries, prepares quotes, coordinates inventory and delivery requirements, follows orders through fulfillment, and identifies opportunities to grow sales and market share. Collaborates with product, materials, field sales, and supplier teams while maintaining accurate product, pricing, and account information.
