Lead end-to-end UI and UX design for web, mobile, SaaS, and IoT products, from discovery through production. Translate complex workflows into intuitive experiences, conduct research, collaborate with product and engineering teams, support implementation, and maintain an accessible design system. Serve as an advocate for user-centered design while applying emerging design trends and SaaS best practices.

Build and lead Avive’s commercial onboarding and sales development programs. Responsibilities include creating curricula, competency frameworks, certifications, and assessments; delivering live and virtual training; coaching sales professionals; partnering with sales leadership; translating best practices into scalable programs; maintaining product and market expertise; measuring training effectiveness; and continuously improving programs based on performance data and feedback.

Manage the full sales cycle for inbound and outbound opportunities across Missouri and Kansas. Responsibilities include high-volume prospecting, lead qualification, pipeline management, relationship nurturing, customized outreach, objection handling, closing deals, and maintaining accurate CRM records. The role focuses on revenue generation through inside and outside sales activities, primarily serving public safety and education prospects.
