Avive Solutions Benefits Overview

Lead the Northeast regional sales team, coaching Community Program Specialists to achieve sales goals and expand adoption of AED and SaaS emergency-response solutions. Manage territories, pipeline development, forecasting, client relationships, product demonstrations, and strategic outreach to public safety and institutional organizations including law enforcement, fire/EMS, schools, and municipalities. Travel for client visits, team ride-alongs, and onsite demonstrations while partnering with leadership to improve sales strategies and regional performance.

Own Avive’s cloud and mobile software products across strategy, design, development, launch, maintenance, and expansion. Translate customer needs and business priorities into product vision, requirements, roadmaps, and backlogs. Partner with engineering, design, sales, marketing, customer success, and customers to deliver user-focused solutions. Define and monitor adoption, engagement, retention, and satisfaction KPIs, iterating on products based on feedback and performance.

Drive territorial growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing public-sector and institutional accounts (law enforcement, fire/EMS, schools, municipalities). Conduct outreach, in-person demos, presentations, and site visits; manage pipeline and CRM; develop product and technical expertise; travel within territory (~30%); build long-term partnerships and represent Avive’s mission to improve community cardiac arrest response.
