The VP of Human Resources leads all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, compliance, performance management, training, organizational development, and workforce planning. Reporting to the CEO, this role develops strategic HR initiatives, oversees HR operations, advises executive leadership, uses workforce analytics, promotes diversity and inclusion, manages employment-law compliance, and mentors HR staff.

Chief Operating Officer leads day-to-day operations across a multisite FQHC, including clinical service lines, staffing, budgets, productivity, compliance, quality improvement, risk management, facilities, and vendor relationships. The COO translates strategy into operating plans, partners with clinical and financial executives, develops operational leaders, ensures HRSA compliance, and represents the organization with external stakeholders. The role also acts for the CEO when designated.

Enrolls and recredentials healthcare providers with insurance payers, tracks enrollment statuses, follows up on applications, responds to payer requests, verifies provider information, maintains payer directories and credentialing records, and troubleshoots enrollment issues. The role ensures compliance with federal, state, payer, and accreditation requirements while collaborating with credentialing staff and providers.

Supports marketing and communications initiatives by creating and editing content, managing social media, coordinating event promotion, maintaining website and marketing materials, conducting market research, assisting with media relations, and tracking campaign performance. The role collaborates with internal stakeholders, designers, printers, and vendors to strengthen Aviva Health’s brand, increase awareness, and support patient volume growth.

Provide primary pediatric care for neonates, children, and adolescents within an interdisciplinary team. Lead cross-functional care teams, manage referrals and follow-up, collaborate with mental health, maintain EHR documentation, participate in peer/chart review, and support Advanced Practice Providers.

Provide outpatient behavioral health therapy using evidence-based treatments for adults, children, and families. Conduct assessments, diagnosis, and individualized treatment planning. Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams in a clinic environment. Maintain documentation and participate in quality, culturally responsive care with no after-hours, weekend, or major holiday shifts.

Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care in an FQHC setting, including prenatal/postnatal care, surgeries (including robotic cases), resident teaching, collaboration with midwives and multidisciplinary teams, on-call emergency coverage, and participation in quality and professional development activities.

Prepare and submit accurate medical insurance claims, verify coding (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS), follow up on unpaid claims, post payments, resolve billing issues, assist patients and staff with billing questions, and maintain reporting and batch controls.
