Support day-to-day administration of the Compliance Program: assist with audits/monitoring, compliance reviews and investigations, policy governance, tracking corrective actions, regulatory readiness, and maintaining compliance documentation and reports.

Oversees daily pharmacy operations, ensures regulatory and 340B compliance, supervises pharmacists and technicians, manages inventory and dispensing, collaborates with clinical teams, counsels patients, and supports pharmacy services across Aviva Health locations.

Lead Aviva Health as a mission-driven CEO to ensure high-quality, integrated primary care across a rural region. Partner with the Board on strategy and governance, ensure HRSA and regulatory compliance, oversee clinical and operational performance, steward finances and fundraising, and drive workforce recruitment, community engagement, and quality improvement.
