Supports Avis Greece’s HSEQ compliance program by maintaining policies and procedures, conducting internal inspections and audits, documenting findings, monitoring ESG and HSEQ indicators, identifying compliance risks, supporting corrective actions, and delivering employee and contractor awareness initiatives.

Coordinates vehicle procurement by managing orders, monitoring deliveries, following up with suppliers, maintaining procurement data, coordinating vehicle registrations, verifying invoices, and collaborating with Sales and Finance. The role also supports supplier communication and performance monitoring to ensure fleet availability and accurate, timely procurement processing.

Manage end-to-end insurance claims settlement and communication with customers, third parties, and insurers. Maintain accident and claims reports, coordinate company insurance policies, assign litigated claims to law firms, monitor legal progress, and manage total-loss and stolen vehicle processes. The role also involves collaboration with internal departments and requires strong communication, customer service, attention to detail, English proficiency, and Microsoft Office skills.

Monitor and investigate security incidents, operate network security and endpoint protection technologies, evaluate vulnerability and penetration testing results, implement remediation, support IT audits, maintain ISMS documentation, and improve security policies, procedures, compliance, and governance across corporate infrastructure.
