Avis Greece is seeking a dedicated Car Procurement Coordinator to join our team and play a pivotal role in managing the acquisition of vehicles. This position involves managing vehicle orders, monitoring deliveries, maintaining accurate data, and coordinating with internal stakeholders .
🎯 Your Mission:
- Coordinate vehicle orders with importers, manufacturers and suppliers.
- Monitor delivery schedules and timelines to ensure fleet availability targets are met.
- Follow up with suppliers to expedite deliveries and resolve delay issues.
- Maintain accurate data within company systems.
- Coordinate vehicle registration procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
- Review and verify supplier invoices against approved vehicle orders and pricing agreements, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Collaborate with Sales and Finance teams to ensure alignment of procurement activities with business requirements.
- Participate in supplier communication and performance monitoring.
Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field.
- A master’s degree will be considered as an asset.
- 2 years of working experience in similar position
- Excellent knowledge of the English language (oral & written)
- Excellent command of MS-Office applications
- Strong communication skills and organizational skills with attention to detail
