Coordinate daily product operations and implementation across technology, product, sales, training, content, and customer success teams. Support product rollouts across schools, track usage and feedback, document SOPs and checklists, communicate business requirements, identify improvement areas, and test new features before release.

The Financial Analyst will prepare financial reports, dashboards, budgets, forecasts, models, variance analyses, and scenario analyses. Responsibilities include monitoring cash flow, working capital, costs, receivables, payables, and departmental expenses; supporting month-end and year-end close; maintaining reconciliations and financial data accuracy; improving financial controls; and providing actionable insights to founders and department leaders. The role also coordinates with auditors and supports evaluation of projects, investments, partnerships, and business initiatives.
