Work Days: Monday to Saturday (two Saturdays off in a month, after probation)
ABOUT THE ROLE-
Aviotron Aerospace Pvt. Ltd. is India’s leading K–12 experiential Ed-tech company building industrial-
grade skill labs and hands-on learning kits. We are seeking a Product Operations Manager who can
work at the intersection of technology, operations, product execution. This role is best suited for
someone who can coordinate between product, tech, sales and content, training and customer
success teams and can ensure smooth product implementation and continuous improvement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES-
•Manage daily product operations and execution
•Coordinate with tech, product, sales, training and customer success teams
•Track product usage, feedback and improvement areas
•Support product rollout across associated schools
•Create simple SOPs, checklists and process documents
•Share user feedback and business requirements
•Test new features before rollout
Requirements
•Minimum qualification – B.Tech /B.E. in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electronics/
Aerospace/Industrial Design studies is mandatory
•2+ years of experience in product operations, implementation or product coordination
•Managerial or team coordination experience
•Strong communication and problem-solving skills
•Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets, dashboards, CRM, LMS or project tools
•EdTech experience preferred

Skills Required
