Performs quality assurance lot disposition activities for biopharmaceutical manufacturing under cGMP requirements. Reviews batch production records, manufacturing documentation, testing records, and batch history records; assists with API batch and lot release; approves controlled documents; supports discrepancy assessments, excursion reports, inspection readiness, and quality oversight. The role collaborates cross-functionally, resolves quality issues, contributes to initiatives, and provides technical subject matter expertise. This is a full-time onsite Wednesday–Saturday schedule with potential overtime.

Supervise inventory control and supply chain warehouse operations in a GMP-regulated biopharmaceutical environment. Establish inventory procedures, monitor reorder points, coordinate material movement, maintain tracking documentation and SOPs, conduct physical counts, investigate discrepancies, and support receiving, shipping, packaging, labeling, and finished-product inventory activities. Provide direction and training to supply chain staff while ensuring accurate documentation, compliance, and efficient floor operations.

Performs in-process quality control testing and sampling in a GMP biopharmaceutical manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include compendial testing, buffer and reagent preparation, aseptic sampling, endotoxin and water testing, raw material analysis, lot release, stability and validation testing, investigations, data reporting, procedure development, and analytical instrument troubleshooting.
