Serves as the Chief Customer Officer’s strategic and operational partner, driving customer strategy execution, annual planning, cross-functional transformation initiatives, operating cadences, performance reporting, dashboards, and budget planning. Advises senior leaders, facilitates decision-making, coordinates executive meetings and reviews, analyzes business metrics, and leads organizational change across the customer organization.

Provides advanced technical support for customers, field engineers, and certified technicians troubleshooting complex computer systems and software. Diagnoses issues beyond standard documented processes, escalates design, reliability, maintenance, and software bugs to engineering teams, and may support customer training and product installations.

Develop and maintain scalable cloud-native backend services and REST APIs for Avid Content Core and MediaCentral. Responsibilities include architecture and design, coding, testing, code reviews, infrastructure maintenance, CI/CD, and collaboration across global agile teams. The engineer will translate product requirements into reliable solutions, participate throughout the software development lifecycle, mentor teammates, and drive high-quality delivery of complex systems.
