The role conducts phone, email, and in-person outreach, meets conversion and enrollment KPIs, tracks applicant progress, and supports recruitment events. Success requires strong communication, customer service or sales experience, organization, multitasking, Microsoft Office proficiency, and willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends.

Leads campus educational integrity and regulatory compliance across curriculum, instruction, faculty training, and institutional improvement. Audits curricula and instructor performance, conducts classroom observations, maintains faculty records, facilitates instructor development, and chairs program coordination meetings. Supports advisory committee planning, documentation, and communication with corporate education leaders and regulatory stakeholders. The role also requires conflict resolution, cross-functional collaboration, detailed administrative work, and occasional instructional coverage.

Directs campus education operations, ensuring curricula, instruction, faculty training, and educational resources comply with ACCSC, FAA, state, and other regulatory requirements.
