Leads campus educational integrity and regulatory compliance across curriculum, instruction, faculty training, and institutional improvement. Audits curricula and instructor performance, conducts classroom observations, maintains faculty records, facilitates instructor development, and chairs program coordination meetings. Supports advisory committee planning, documentation, and communication with corporate education leaders and regulatory stakeholders. The role also requires conflict resolution, cross-functional collaboration, detailed administrative work, and occasional instructional coverage.
