Leads the BI team and strategy, establishing data governance, reporting standards, and analytics delivery. Oversees dashboards, KPIs, forecasting, market and competitor analysis, profitability insights, and data quality improvements. Partners with commercial, technical, finance, marketing, operations, IT, and global BI teams to translate business needs into actionable insights and implement regional systems. Promotes data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement across TMEA and Europe.

Manages daily accounts receivable activities, including posting customer payments, recording lockbox transactions, reconciling ledgers, maintaining invoice accounts, investigating discrepancies, resolving deductions, and supporting collections. Partners with customers, Sales, customer service, and the Controller to resolve payment issues and ensure accurate, efficient AR processes. Maintains confidentiality and completes related accounting assignments.

Reviews electrical designs, equipment selections, drawings, calculations, and technical submittals. Supervises site installation of power, lighting, grounding, protection, and low-current systems. Coordinates multidisciplinary construction activities, inspections, testing, commissioning, FAT, SAT, quality control, procurement support, reporting, risk management, and HSE compliance through final handover.
