Leads farm clean-out crews, transports employees to farms, operates and assembles heavy machinery, manages sanitation chemicals, delegates tasks, tracks work hours, inventories equipment and supplies, and files operational reports. Supports farm setup before production and ensures cleaning tasks are completed safely and correctly. Requires a valid driver’s license, physical fitness, flexibility for nights and extended shifts, basic machinery knowledge, and two years of clean-out crew experience.

Collects, cleans, validates, analyzes, and reports technical, commercial, trial, and market data across the TMEA region. Maintains datasets, dashboards, recurring reports, analytical models, and trial records while supporting business reviews, customer analyses, and technical reporting. Coordinates data submissions, resolves quality issues, improves reporting processes, and contributes to data governance and automation. Collaborates with Technical, Commercial, Finance, Marketing, IT, and other regional teams, with travel across TMEA as required.

Supports daily poultry hatchery operations by cleaning and sanitizing equipment and facilities, transferring eggs, handling chicks, preparing shipments, maintaining records, monitoring safety and biosecurity, managing supplies, and meeting production schedules. The role requires humane animal handling, physical stamina, attention to detail, flexibility for weekends and holidays, and adherence to safety, quality, and sanitation procedures.
