Operate converting machinery safely and efficiently, stack finished products, reduce material waste, support equipment maintenance, perform quality inspections, follow safety and 6S procedures, and complete production records. The role requires a basic school certificate, relevant experience or exposure is beneficial, and willingness to relocate.

Operate and monitor high-pressure boilers supplying heat and power, including startup, shutdown, load adjustments, gauge readings, safety testing, inspections, blowdowns, and recordkeeping. Perform minor repairs and maintenance on boilers, pumps, valves, motors, fans, and related equipment. Supervise cleaning and maintenance activities, respond to equipment malfunctions and emergencies, and follow fire and safety procedures.

Develop, configure, optimize, test, and upgrade industrial processes from inception through startup and certification. Assess processes, interpret measurements and data, perform simulations and risk assessments, improve production rates and output quality, manage cost and time constraints, and create process documentation and operating instructions.
