Responsible for the pickup, transport, and delivery of materials; ensures timely and accurate execution of deliveries while maintaining communication with clients.

Provide bathing and personal care to geriatric residents in a spa-like, dignified manner; assist caregivers with physical cares, meals, activities, restorative therapy, and general household tasks per regulations and training.

Coordinate and implement clinical research protocols including recruitment, informed consent, study visits, specimen collection/processing, data entry into electronic capture systems, and adverse event reporting. Ensure compliance with GCP, FDA regulations, SOPs, and ethical standards. Develop site resources, maintain lab inventories, and liaise with investigators, clinical staff, and community partners to support study conduct and participant safety.

Coordinate and implement clinical research protocols including participant recruitment, informed consent, study visits, data collection and entry into electronic data capture, specimen processing and inventory, regulatory compliance (GCP/FDA), adverse event reporting, and collaboration with investigators and clinical teams to ensure accurate, ethical trial conduct.

Performs clinical research regulatory tasks: prepares and submits IRB/FDA/sponsor documents, manages study start-up and regulatory binders, maintains electronic regulatory systems, tracks training and delegation, supports investigator-initiated studies and grant regulatory content, coordinates community and Tribal IRB engagement, and trains staff on culturally aligned research practices to ensure GCP and institutional compliance.

Support and maintain laboratory and EHR-related applications, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, testing, training, and reporting. Collaborate with clinical users, IT teams, vendors, and project managers on implementations, upgrades, and process improvements. Maintain documentation, training materials, and provide on-call support to ensure safe, effective system use.

Support financial planning and decision-making by maintaining planning systems, performing data integrity audits and reconciliations, preparing monthly/quarterly/annual reports, conducting financial analysis and forecasting, supporting budgeting and cost accounting, developing reusable reports, resolving data issues, and delivering special projects and presentations to leadership.

Support, configure, test, and maintain EHR and related applications; collaborate with users, IT, vendors on implementations and enhancements; develop training and documentation; facilitate reporting and quality improvement; participate in projects and provide on-call support.

Performs pickup, transport, and delivery of pharmacy materials and supplies. Maintains accurate tracking and filing of documents, operates vehicle safely in all conditions, communicates with clients, keeps vehicle clean, assists with ancillary duties, and organizes the delivery area while maintaining confidentiality and following safety/regulatory standards.

Oversees nursing services for Home Health, Hospice, Public Health, Homemaker Services, and Emergency Preparedness. Manages clinical practice, patient care, fiscal resources, personnel development, regulatory compliance, and participates in administrative on-call duties.

Provide staffing and patient assignments, and direct hospital operations in the absence of managers. Work rotating 12-hour shifts, covering days/nights/weekends/holidays. Requires Iowa RN license, BLS, ACLS, and a minimum of three years inpatient RN experience. Critical care and leadership experience preferred.

Verify, submit, and adjudicate patient billing; prepare and file third-party claims (electronic and paper); reconcile accounts receivable and point-of-sale cash; investigate and correct billing issues; process Medicare explanations of benefits; communicate with patients and departments to resolve claims and maintain compliance and documentation.

Provide comprehensive nutritional assessment and medical nutrition therapy for transplant candidates, recipients, and living donors. Develop individualized care plans, educate patients/families and community, coordinate with interdisciplinary transplant team, document care, and support transitions and discharge planning.

Oversees radiology department quality control, evaluates radiologic image quality with radiologists, manages staffing, scheduling, evaluations, patient management, equipment maintenance, and develops policies. Provides hiring, promotion, and discipline recommendations.

Provide safe, effective medication management for patients across ages: prepare and dispense prescriptions, monitor therapy, counsel patients, advise clinicians, report adverse reactions, perform quality audits, control inventory, mentor pharmacy staff and students, and ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational pharmacy standards.

Performs clinical laboratory testing and related duties including instrument operation, QC, calibration, reagent preparation, specimen handling, result interpretation/correlation, corrective actions, and communicating results to providers. Participates in continuous improvement, maintains supplies, and provides specimen collection guidance.

Coordinate scheduling and documentation for OBGYN procedures and surgeries, verify benefits, obtain prior authorizations, manage referrals, coordinate care across departments and facilities, maintain physician calendars and specialized equipment scheduling, and provide clerical support to ensure accurate, timely patient care coordination.

Manage the centralized prior authorization process for hospital, clinic, and outpatient services. Hire, train, and supervise department staff; obtain and document payer authorizations; coordinate with utilization review; use EMR and information systems to process and communicate authorizations to clinicians and patients.

Schedule and maintain accurate surgical and procedure calendars for orthopedics; verify benefits, obtain prior authorizations and referrals, coordinate care and equipment, manage documentation, and provide clerical support to ensure smooth patient and interdepartmental coordination.

Lead and mentor scheduling staff for an orthopedic clinic, oversee appointment booking and medical necessity validation, maintain scheduling templates and EMR workflows, coordinate with departments for patient care, develop scheduling best practices, and assist with hiring, orientation, and coaching while performing Scheduling Specialist duties.
