Schedules patient appointments, procedures, surgeries, imaging, labs, infusions, and telemedicine across clinics and care teams. Coordinates referrals, insurance authorizations, benefits verification, appeals, pre-operative requirements, specialized equipment, physician calendars, and procedure documentation. Communicates with patients, families, physicians, staff, facilities, and vendors while maintaining accurate records and supporting regulatory and accreditation requirements.

Performs radiologic examinations and patient care procedures to produce high-quality diagnostic images. Maintains equipment, supplies, inventory, and department cleanliness; completes quality assurance and control activities; coordinates image and report transfers with outside providers; communicates with physicians and supports office maintenance duties.

Coordinates the MDS 3.0 assessment and transmission process, resident care plans, care conferences, admissions, documentation, and regulatory compliance. Assists the Director of Nursing with department management, supervision of nursing staff, resident safety and restraint reviews, staff education, resident rounds, immunization coordination, and quality committees. Provides direct nursing coverage and supports residents and families with assessment-related questions.
