Provide a welcoming environment at Walsh Family Village. Maintain cleanliness and stock supplies, handle guest reservations and check-outs, manage referrals and waiting lists, accept donations, enforce house policies, assist with clerical tasks and billing, and follow safety and infection-control procedures.

Support, configure, test, and maintain EHR and related applications; collaborate with users, IT, vendors on implementations and enhancements; develop training and documentation; facilitate reporting and quality improvement; participate in projects and provide on-call support.
