Analyze provider markets and network adequacy to drive provider recruitment and contracting. Produce network adequacy reports, dashboards, and KPIs; support product filings, sales, and RFP work with benchmarking and analytics. Maintain provider data, conduct outreach to qualify providers, identify network gaps, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement network expansion and value-based arrangements.

Provide registered nursing care at Platte Health Center Avera on a PRN basis. Work rotating days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, delivering patient assessment, treatment, and coordination per facility policies and nursing standards.

Process and validate time records and payrolls, calculate taxes, deductions and garnishments, maintain payroll records and reports, validate tax reporting, support leave/pay practices, train staff, and assist with implementation/testing of payroll processes across multiple regional payrolls.
