Seasonal administrator supporting the Finance team by preparing and submitting invoices and backup documentation, processing high-volume data, reconciling accounts, resolving discrepancies, and coordinating with internal teams. The role requires accurate document handling, proficiency with Excel, PDF editors, Outlook, ERP systems, and vendor portals, along with strong organization, communication, and deadline-management skills.

Analyzes propane supply costs, pricing, market conditions, margins, and commercial performance across Canada. Builds reports, dashboards, forecasts, and analytical tools using Excel, SQL, Python, and AI technologies. Supports hedging analysis, market research, acquisition screening, executive presentations, audits, and process improvements while partnering with Supply, Finance, Sales, and branch operations.

Installs, maintains, repairs, and services propane tanks, appliances, vaporizers, and related systems in residential and commercial settings. Completes propane hook-ups, orders parts, processes work orders and invoices, and supports shop operations. Requires Gasfitter A certification, knowledge of CSA B149 Gas Codes, a Class 5 driver’s licence, strong mechanical skills, communication, teamwork, and willingness to learn.

Install, maintain, and service residential and commercial propane tanks, appliances and vaporizers. Provide quotes, perform safe propane hookups, complete work orders, order parts, invoice customers, and support shop and operational activities while ensuring compliance with safety codes and customer service standards.
