Own end-to-end delivery of scalable backend services, APIs, data models, and user-facing features in a TypeScript monorepo. Use and guide AI coding agents, integrate HRIS and ticketing systems, optimize database performance, and build observable, testable production systems. Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams, mentor teammates, participate in architecture and code reviews, and make pragmatic product decisions in a high-ownership startup environment.

Develop and lead Avante’s content marketing engine, including thought leadership, blogs, sales enablement, event and webinar content, social media, nurture campaigns, and SEO/AEO content. Own the company’s brand voice, editorial calendar, and content strategy while partnering with product marketing, demand generation, creative, sales, customers, and executives. Use AI for content repurposing while maintaining human-led original thinking, storytelling, and editorial judgment.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle across mid-market and Fortune 500 employers, from territory planning and prospecting through closing. Build relationships with complex buying committees, sell Avante’s AI benefits intelligence platform, conduct demos and proof-of-concepts, co-sell with brokers and consultants, and maintain rigorous pipeline and forecast discipline. The role requires executive-level communication, consultative new-category selling, active use of AI tools, and collaboration across sales, marketing, engineering, customer success, and product.

Leads Avante’s finance and operating backbone, including FP&A, forecasting, accounting, financial systems, capital strategy, fundraising, investor and board relations, controls, and operating plans. Partners with the CEO and executive team on strategic decisions, resource allocation, pricing, and growth initiatives. Oversees legal, contracts, people operations, and business operations while building the finance and operations team and applying AI to improve workflows.

Own Avante’s enterprise account-based demand generation strategy and pipeline. Build named-account shortlists, design and execute personalized ABM plays, manage LinkedIn and paid search programs, support events and webinars, align closely with sales and partners, and measure account engagement, velocity, and pipeline. The role also involves designing AI agents and automations to scale account research, intent monitoring, buying-committee mapping, campaign QA, and personalized messaging.

Own the company’s internal IT function as its first IT hire. Responsibilities include managing Mac devices, identity and access systems, employee onboarding and offboarding, IT vendors, procurement, office networking and AV, support operations, automation, endpoint security, and SOC 2 controls. The role requires hands-on support for a Seattle headquarters and scalable processes for a growing organization.

Designs and builds production backend systems and APIs in a TypeScript monorepo. Responsibilities include developing AI infrastructure, orchestrating agents, modeling PostgreSQL data, integrating HRIS and third-party APIs, and ensuring observability, monitoring, testability, and scalability. The engineer collaborates with product and design, participates in technical decisions and code reviews, and owns architecture, correctness, customer impact, and delivery quality.

Own a portfolio of enterprise B2B SaaS customers post-launch, driving adoption, measurable business outcomes, renewals, and expansion. Serve as the strategic contact for senior benefits and HR stakeholders, lead QBRs and executive briefings, coordinate cross-functional partnerships, and communicate customer feedback internally.
