Lead Avante's finance and operations as the first in-house Head of Finance & Operations. Own FP&A, forecasting, financial systems, capital strategy, investor and board relations, controls, and cross-functional strategic decisions. Oversee people operations, legal/contracts, and business operations. Build the finance and ops team, decide insourcing vs. external partners, and use AI to model, analyze, and automate workflows to scale the company.

Own top-of-funnel enterprise pipeline via cold outbound, inbound follow-up, and partner-sourced leads. Research accounts, craft personalized outreach, qualify opportunities, hand off qualified meetings, use AI tools daily, partner with marketing and channel, learn the product and domain, and help build the SDR playbook.

The Senior Software Engineer will develop production code in TypeScript, design scalable services, mentor teammates, and integrate external systems.
