Own end-to-end delivery of scalable backend services, APIs, data models, and user-facing features in a TypeScript monorepo. Use and guide AI coding agents, integrate HRIS and ticketing systems, optimize database performance, and build observable, testable production systems. Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams, mentor teammates, participate in architecture and code reviews, and make pragmatic product decisions in a high-ownership startup environment.

Own a portfolio of partner-led SMB and mid-market accounts from onboarding through renewal and growth. Build the partner customer journey, co-create success plans, train partner teams, drive product adoption, monitor account health, and lead recurring partner check-ins. The role requires managing relationships through brokers, resellers, or channel partners while balancing partner and end-client needs. You will also establish scalable processes, reporting, and health-scoring practices in a B2B SaaS startup environment.
