Manage a roster of artists as primary contact, owning end-to-end project delivery, pricing and contracts, coordinating cross-functional teams, driving pitches and commercial strategy, and producing post-launch reporting and artist roadmaps to grow artist reputation and revenue.

Lead paid social creative strategy and testing, optimise artist-owned channels (especially Instagram), manage contemporary collection launches end-to-end, brief creative teams, and produce simple assets using design tools and AI while using performance data to iterate.

Design and deliver end-to-end product experiences by collaborating with PMs, engineers and content designers; craft user journeys and interfaces, conduct user research, champion design thinking, and build and maintain a scalable design system to ensure visual consistency and high-quality execution.
