Oversee all financial operations for a manufacturing plant, including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, purchasing, inventory, month-end close, and spending controls. Oversees process and equipment launches, engineering goals, risk mitigation, budgets, staffing, maintenance, controls, layouts, quality support, ergonomics, safety, calibration, and engineering changes. Develops the engineering team, drives continuous improvement and Kaizen activities, monitors process indicators, and ensures customer requirements and operational targets are met.

Supports plant HR operations including recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits, employee relations, investigations, compliance, reporting, and engagement. Coordinates EHS training, incident investigations, inspections, emergency procedures, environmental reporting, hazardous waste, recycling, and ISO 14000 activities. Advises managers and team members, maintains confidential records, supports regulatory compliance, and drives timely follow-through across HR and safety programs.
