Oversee all financial operations for a manufacturing plant, including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, purchasing, inventory, month-end close, and spending controls. Provide financial guidance to plant and corporate leadership, monitor engineering-change impacts, lead physical inventories, manage dashboards, and recommend corrective actions. The role requires strong operational knowledge of automotive Tier 1 manufacturing and prior plant Controller experience.

Provides hands-on IT support for manufacturing and plant systems, including hardware, software, production applications, networking, Microsoft 365, scanning, and printing. Troubleshoots and escalates technical issues, deploys devices and applications, supports upgrades, maintains documentation, trains users, monitors infrastructure, and partners with plant and IT teams on technology improvements. Requires strong customer service, prioritization, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Maintains, develops, troubleshoots, and improves industrial automation control systems supporting manufacturing operations. The role programs and optimizes PLCs, HMIs, and other control equipment; performs root cause analysis, corrective actions, equipment audits, and uptime improvements; supports continuous improvement and emerging automation technologies; and collaborates with production, maintenance, and other facilities to ensure safe, reliable, efficient operations.
