Serve as a Business Controller partnering with Product Development and Corporate Operations to monitor and report financial and operational performance, drive forecasting and budgeting, lead performance reviews, approve commercial contracts, support monthly closes, and develop business cases to improve profitability and strategic decision-making.

Design, implement, maintain and test backend payment services within the Avaloq Banking Suite. Own payment modules end-to-end, run process analysis, translate requirements into designs and user stories, integrate third-party systems, improve reliability/observability, participate in code reviews, and support incident response and lifecycle management.

Drive new business in German and Austrian wealth management markets by identifying prospects, building pipeline, presenting solutions, coordinating internal resources, managing complex sales cycles, closing contracts, and feeding market insights to product and pre-sales teams.
