Designs, deploys, and operates observability platforms for cloud and on-premises infrastructure and applications. Responsibilities include implementing monitoring, logging, metrics, tracing, alerting, and end-to-end visibility; automating infrastructure with Terraform; establishing monitoring standards; optimizing reliability and performance; and collaborating with DevOps, SRE, and application teams.

Manage the end-to-end upselling and proposal lifecycle for financial services clients, from estimation through final offer and approval. Coordinate timelines, quality, budgets, stakeholders, third parties, contracts, and consolidated proposals. Support Key Account Managers, maintain customer satisfaction, contribute to upselling targets, and ensure accurate CRM and sales reporting. The role requires strong organization, communication, stakeholder management, financial services experience, and proficiency with MS Office and SAP or related systems.

Own regional revenue growth and market expansion across Africa and the Middle East by leading the full sales lifecycle, strategic account acquisition, complex deal structuring, executive engagement, partner development, and forecasting. The role sells complex financial technology solutions to banks, wealth managers, asset managers, and capital markets organizations while collaborating with product, delivery, marketing, and partner teams. It also includes coaching sales teams, managing strategic relationships, and ensuring deal governance and compliance.
