Lead customer communication and manage end-to-end delivery of AWS cloud projects. Run kickoffs, track work in Jira, manage budgets, timelines, allocations and timesheets, drive KPIs (budget, schedule, CSAT), handle scope changes, run retrospectives, and maintain a risk register to ensure successful project outcomes.

The Amazon Connect Engineer designs and implements cloud contact center solutions, leading workshops, configuring Amazon Connect instances, and collaborating with developers and data scientists to optimize customer experiences.

The AWS Solutions Architect will lead the design and implementation of AWS solutions, guide customer consultations, and manage migration and modernization projects while mentoring team members and evaluating cloud readiness.
