Lead customer communication and manage end-to-end delivery of AWS cloud projects. Run kickoffs, track work in Jira, manage budgets, timelines, allocations and timesheets, drive KPIs (budget, schedule, CSAT), handle scope changes, run retrospectives, and maintain a risk register to ensure successful project outcomes.

Manage the SOW-to-staffing pipeline, translate bookings into resource requests, coordinate weekly resourcing and onboarding, oversee third-party delivery partners, ensure data integrity across Jira and Clockify, and produce resourcing reports for PMO and leadership.

Lead the design, implementation, and management of AWS projects, guiding customer consultations and ensuring successful migrations and DevOps initiatives.
