Lead administration, optimization and automation of enterprise Microsoft infrastructure. Manage Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, ADFS/Okta, MECM and System Center. Build PowerShell automation, troubleshoot logs, apply patching and lifecycle management, follow ITIL processes, and support modernization projects for a 1,000+ user environment.

Lead design, build, and optimize enterprise ServiceNow solutions; translate requirements into technical designs; develop advanced scripts, flows, integrations and scoped apps; ensure performance and compliance; mentor developers; support releases and troubleshoot production issues.

Operate, maintain and enhance Cloudera, Elastic Stack and Dataiku platforms. Build and automate data pipelines and streaming (Kafka), develop integrations and scripts (Python/Scala), create Kibana dashboards, implement CI/CD and infrastructure automation (Ansible, Terraform), support ML model operationalisation, troubleshoot platform issues, and provide user support and documentation.
