Provide onsite IT support for pharmaceutical laboratory infrastructure, scientific applications, instrument workstations, and peripherals. Configure and troubleshoot Chromeleon CDS, HPLC integrations, laboratory PCs, networks, LIMS, and ELN workflows. Perform incident resolution, system documentation, validation, change control, and data-integrity activities in accordance with GxP requirements. Collaborate with scientists, QA, manufacturing teams, vendors, and IT groups to maintain reliable, compliant laboratory systems.

Develop and support industrial automation solutions using Ignition SCADA, PLCs, .NET, Python, and related integrations. Responsibilities include configuring SCADA applications, reporting, alarms, SQL Bridge, tags, historians, web services, upgrades, troubleshooting, performance improvements, and PLC programming. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate operational requirements into reliable automation systems.

Designs, configures, updates, and maintains Master Batch Records in PAS-X v3.4 for regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing. Reviews source documentation, performs fit-gap assessments against global templates, incorporates process requirements, and conducts quality and system integrity checks. Coordinates review cycles with Business, Quality, Validation, and IT/OT stakeholders, maintains traceability documentation, and supports design verification, dry runs, testing, deployment readiness, and defect resolution while complying with GxP and data integrity requirements.
