Configure, customize, and support LabVantage LIMS, including workflows, laboratory instrument integrations, ELN interfaces, data migration, testing, validation, upgrades, and troubleshooting. Develop Java, JSP, SQL, and JavaScript enhancements while following SDLC, CSV, GxP, and FDA 21 CFR Part 11 requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders, train laboratory users, and prepare technical and support documentation for regulated pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or manufacturing environments.

Administer, secure, troubleshoot, and improve Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. Manage identities, access, licensing, mail flow, collaboration settings, and compliance policies. Automate administration with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph, support migrations and service rollouts, monitor service health, document procedures, and assist service desk teams and business stakeholders with Microsoft 365 adoption.

Manage and improve enterprise Windows endpoints, including deployment, configuration, patching, application packaging, security policies, and device lifecycle management. Administer Intune, Configuration Manager, Autopilot, Active Directory, Entra ID, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365 integrations. Automate administrative tasks with PowerShell, troubleshoot endpoint and connectivity issues, maintain documentation, and collaborate with infrastructure, security, service desk, and application teams.
