Solve business-critical problems by developing and deploying large-scale personalization, recommendation, and ranking models. Drive enterprise customer growth using Auxia’s AI platform to improve engagement, activation, and retention. Develop tailored strategies, advise senior stakeholders, analyze performance metrics, translate customer feedback into product requirements, communicate roadmap updates, train clients, support solution implementation, and identify expansion opportunities. The role requires enterprise growth experience, strong communication, analytical skills, familiarity with LLM and agent patterns, and comfort using data and SQL.

Lead enterprise customer implementations and expansions, including system design, platform integration, customization, deployment, and post-launch optimization. Translate partner needs into technical requirements and roadmaps, manage dependencies and risks, develop scalable data integrations using APIs and cloud platforms, and troubleshoot complex issues. Drive program metrics and continuous improvement while serving as the primary technical contact for partners and communicating progress, risks, and technical insights to leadership and non-technical stakeholders.

Own Auxia’s go-to-market strategy, market segmentation, positioning, pricing, partnerships, demand generation, and category narrative. Work directly with founders and the CEO to create accounts, deals, content, videos, customer use cases, product feedback, investor materials, and board narratives. The role blends strategy with hands-on commercial execution and product strategy. Candidates may have 0–2 years of experience or 2–4 years in consulting, banking, investing, or startup strategy and operations.

Build and operate large-scale distributed backend systems for Auxia’s agentic AI platform. Work across platform infrastructure, data systems, backend services, ML infrastructure, frontend tooling, and enterprise integrations. Responsibilities include designing multi-tenant systems, high-throughput pipelines, real-time decisioning services, model-serving infrastructure, observability, deployment automation, and customer SDKs. Engineers own systems end to end in an onsite, fast-moving startup environment.

As a Data Scientist, you will develop recommender systems, autonomous agents, and lead experimentation in AI-driven personalization, influencing user experiences with real-time AI systems.
