Own strategic enterprise accounts across the full sales lifecycle, from outbound prospecting and executive alignment through procurement, close, expansion, and renewal. Build account plans, quantify ROI, develop internal champions, manage complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles, maintain accurate forecasts, and partner with product and engineering on solution design. The role requires consultative selling, enterprise quota attainment, strategic account expansion, and comfort operating in an early-stage startup environment.

Lead Auxia’s product marketing function by defining positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for its AI-powered marketing platform. Develop thought leadership content, customer stories, sales enablement, and product launch materials. Research customers, competitors, market trends, and emerging AI technologies while collaborating with founders, sales, engineering, and partners. Represent Auxia at industry events and establish the company as a leader in AI marketing agents.

Build and deploy large-scale personalization, recommendation, and ranking models for Auxia’s AI platform. Lead experimentation spanning causal inference, personalization, and business impact; collaborate with global data science and engineering teams to integrate models into the core product. Translate Japanese customer insights into reusable tooling, documentation, and product feedback, while applying academic and industry research to production systems.
