Teams at AutoStore

Develop AI solutions to accelerate hardware engineering: connect and structure HW data sources, automate design review material generation, build agentic workflows, produce forecasts and summaries, and support embedding intelligence into distributed physical systems.

Provides technical troubleshooting and assistance to AutoStore partners, handling incidents, warranty, spare parts, delivery quality, and robot repair cases. Delivers on-site support, trade show assistance, partner training, and knowledge-base content. Collaborates with Sales and R&D, maintains support KPIs, builds stakeholder relationships, and participates in weekend shifts and on-call rotations. Requires regular travel and the ability to understand complex automated fulfillment systems.

Serve as the technical liaison to partner organizations, ensuring successful implementation, adoption, and ongoing satisfaction of AutoStore products. Troubleshoot and document technical issues, run performance reviews, conduct trainings, coordinate with Sales and R&D, and travel onsite for escalations and service reviews.
