Leads a 40+ person multidisciplinary engineering organization responsible for new product development and project execution. Manages engineering personnel while directing hardware solutions from concept through delivery, partnering with Product Management to meet customer needs, timelines, budgets, and system requirements. Establishes execution processes, tracks KPIs, promotes continuous improvement, supports hiring and succession planning, and ensures effective collaboration, communication, and workplace safety.

Leads the Sustaining function by triaging and resolving escalated customer issues, debugging production defects, delivering tested fixes, reviewing junior engineers’ work, coordinating on-call incident response, documenting root causes, mentoring team members, and driving proactive reliability and product improvements.

Own the DevOps function for a globally distributed, 24/7 warehouse automation platform. Design, operate, and automate Azure infrastructure, infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD pipelines, release orchestration, environment provisioning, observability, security, and high-availability systems. Participate in incident response and on-call support, troubleshoot complex cloud issues, establish DevOps standards, guide architecture, review infrastructure and pipeline work, and mentor engineers across product squads.
