Owns and executes B2B marketing across social media, email, integrated campaigns, sales enablement, events, website content, and digital channels. Partners with Sales and Operations to develop messaging, support lead generation, manage HubSpot and Salesforce campaigns, oversee agencies and vendors, and improve marketing performance through measurement. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on content creation and campaign execution. This is a full-time hybrid position in Fort Lauderdale with up to 20% travel.

Identify and develop relationships with collection agencies and AR organizations, conduct discovery conversations, present Autoscribe payment solutions, build pipeline in Salesforce, partner cross-functionally, represent the company at industry events, and meet revenue goals with training and mentorship.

Manage a portfolio of B2B clients, build trusted relationships, support retention and renewals, identify account growth opportunities, coordinate cross-functional issue resolution, prepare QBR materials, track client commitments, and maintain accurate CRM records. The role supports clients from onboarding through adoption, renewal, and expansion while addressing billing, revenue, product, and service needs.
