Lead accounting operations, payment reconciliation, financial reporting, internal controls, treasury, tax coordination, budgeting, and profitability analysis. Ensure GAAP compliance and transaction accuracy across high-volume payment flows, strengthen PCI-DSS and SOC 2 controls, manage cash and liquidity planning, and provide strategic financial insights to leadership. Lead and develop the accounting team while improving processes and systems in a fintech environment.

Owns and executes B2B marketing across social media, email, integrated campaigns, sales enablement, events, website content, and digital channels. Partners with Sales and Operations to develop messaging, support lead generation, manage HubSpot and Salesforce campaigns, oversee agencies and vendors, and improve marketing performance through measurement. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on content creation and campaign execution. This is a full-time hybrid position in Fort Lauderdale with up to 20% travel.

Identify and develop relationships with collection agencies and AR organizations, conduct discovery conversations, present Autoscribe payment solutions, build pipeline in Salesforce, partner cross-functionally, represent the company at industry events, and meet revenue goals with training and mentorship.
