Provides hands-on training for new Titles employees, maintains training materials, verifies DMV and lender process updates, and supports department operations. The specialist answers employee questions, manages shared email requests, tracks DMV paperwork rejections, analyzes recurring errors, and incorporates trends into training. The role also hosts staff meetings, updates process documentation, and completes projects focused on accuracy and information access. Strong automotive titles and DMV process knowledge, organization, communication, and technology proficiency are required.
