Provides onsite first-level technical support for employee hardware, software, accounts, and services. Responds to tickets, diagnoses and repairs workstations, provisions users in Active Directory and Microsoft 365, supports deployments, and assists with automation projects using Python, PowerShell, and JavaScript. The role also helps maintain network security, communicates technical issues clearly, and collaborates on IT projects.
