Sell APS payroll and HR platform to prospective clients through prospecting, demos, and closing deals. Manage pipeline in Salesforce, coordinate handoffs to implementation, meet revenue quotas, collaborate with SDR/BDR/Partners, and travel extensively to meet clients and attend sales meetings.

Lead and motivate a team of Business Development Representatives focused on outbound prospecting and lead follow-up. Coach, train, and mentor BDRs, implement sales templates and processes, monitor call/email activity, maintain tools and collateral, analyze trends, and report to the Business Development/Partner Manager.

Manage and grow existing SaaS HCM client relationships to ensure satisfaction, prevent churn, and drive revenue expansion through upsells and cross-sells. Conduct account planning, QBRs, pipeline forecasting, and collaborate with Product and Client Services to resolve issues and improve client health and retention.

Provide front-line Tier 1 support for APS Hire users: triage tickets and phone inquiries, resolve password resets, onboarding errors, user provisioning, SSO configuration issues, brand/logo updates; document interactions and known issues; escalate complex problems and assist onboarding.
