Maintain and improve the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, manage NCR/CAPA and root cause analysis, perform audits, develop quality procedures and training, create inspection plans using manual and CMM metrology, review engineering drawings, collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to ensure product and process quality.

Manage and optimize the ERP system while designing, developing, and deploying BI solutions. Build ETL pipelines, data models, and dashboards (Power BI/DAX), write complex SQL, ensure data integrity, support end-users, document requirements, and perform audits to enable data-driven decisions.

Provide manufacturing engineering and plant/industrial engineering support to improve equipment uptime, yield, quality, and cost. Lead DFM/DFA, design jigs/tools, create routings and work instructions, coordinate contractors, and drive continuous improvement and project execution for aseptic manufacturing processes.

Design, develop, implement, and maintain control systems for automated pharmaceutical fill-finish equipment. Develop PLC/HMI/robotics/vision solutions, create schematics and software, test and validate systems, produce technical documentation, support installations and customer acceptance, and collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams.

Manage planning, execution, budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder communication for customer-facing projects. Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery, resolve issues, implement PM standards, and support cross-functional teams. Travel ~10% as required.
