Designs and tests complex industrial machinery for aseptic manufacturing processes. Responsibilities include conceptual and detailed mechanical design, 2D/3D modeling, engineering analysis, risk mitigation, documentation, machine testing, design reviews, customer-site installation and startup, and serving as Engineer in Charge on medium to large projects.

Plans, executes, and closes cross-functional projects for aseptic manufacturing solutions. Manages contractual scope, deliverables, schedules, budgets, forecasts, stakeholder communications, risks, issues, and project standards while coordinating with operations, engineering, leadership, and customers. Ensures projects meet timelines, budgets, requirements, and customer expectations. The role is onsite in Tacoma, Washington, and requires at least 10% travel.

Design, develop, implement, and maintain control systems for automated pharmaceutical fill-finish equipment. Develop PLC/HMI/robotics/vision software and schematics, test and commission equipment, create technical documentation, support installations and acceptance testing, and collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams.

The Controller leads the accounting department, overseeing financial reporting, cost analysis, forecasting, audits, compliance, financial systems, internal controls, and month-end and year-end close processes. The role manages accounting staff, supports the CFO and executive leadership, improves financial procedures, analyzes performance and variances, and ensures accurate reporting across billing, receivables, payables, tax filings, and the general ledger.

Maintain and improve the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, manage NCR/CAPA and root cause analysis, perform audits, develop quality procedures and training, create inspection plans using manual and CMM metrology, review engineering drawings, collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to ensure product and process quality.

Lead product strategy and development for automated aseptic manufacturing equipment serving pharma/biotech. Conduct market intelligence, define product roadmaps, propose R&D and capital investments, direct complex development programs, manage cross-functional teams, support go-to-market and sales proposals, maintain specifications and lifecycle changes, drive cost optimization, and cultivate customer and industry relationships. Onsite in Tacoma with ~15% travel.

Provide manufacturing engineering and plant/industrial engineering support to improve equipment uptime, yield, quality, and cost. Lead DFM/DFA, design jigs/tools, create routings and work instructions, coordinate contractors, and drive continuous improvement and project execution for aseptic manufacturing processes.
