Conduct market intelligence, define product roadmaps, propose R&D and capital investments, direct complex development programs, manage cross-functional teams, support go-to-market and sales proposals, maintain specifications and lifecycle changes, drive cost optimization, and cultivate customer and industry relationships. Onsite in Tacoma with ~15% travel.

Maintain and improve the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, manage NCR/CAPA and root cause analysis, perform audits, develop quality procedures and training, create inspection plans using manual and CMM metrology, review engineering drawings, collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to ensure product and process quality.
