Manage a portfolio of automotive dealer accounts to drive retention, software utilization, ROI, and revenue growth. Build relationships with dealer stakeholders, assess needs, create strategic action plans, resolve bottlenecks, support at-risk clients, conduct virtual engagements, and identify expansion and upsell opportunities. The role requires automotive digital retailing SaaS account management or consulting expertise, strong communication and persuasion skills, analytical discipline, and familiarity with dealership systems.
