Own CRM and lifecycle marketing from onboarding through retention, including segmentation, triggered journeys, personalization, messaging, deliverability, and experimentation. Manage marketing data integrations, event tracking, dashboards, and reporting. Lead cross-functional go-to-market and marketing projects, while using AI and automation tools to improve workflows, reporting, content, and research. This is an individual-contributor role requiring strong ownership, analytical ability, communication, and project execution.

Own and scale paid social and display user acquisition across Meta, TikTok, and additional channels for multiple B2C SaaS brands. Manage campaigns, budgets, creative testing, audience targeting, landing-page experiments, and full-funnel optimization while maintaining profitable ROAS and CAC efficiency. Launch new channels, analyze performance data, develop repeatable growth playbooks, and collaborate with creative, product, and analytics teams to drive trials and subscription conversions.

Leads scaled customer success and retention for a SaaS business, managing a team and building digital, automated, and AI-assisted customer journeys. Owns account growth, product adoption, failed-payment recovery, review generation, trial-to-paid conversion, and retention revenue metrics. Partners with Product and Growth to optimize lifecycle experiences and develops scalable playbooks that improve customer lifetime value without proportional headcount growth.
