Work with the Digital Experience Platform team to build applications that improve the Autodesk customer journey. Participate in sprint ceremonies, collaborate with engineering teammates, and learn the team's products and customer experiences.

Own Autodesk Flow’s account-based marketing strategy in partnership with Sales. Build and prioritize account clusters, develop 1:few programs, optimize lead routing and funnel handoffs, equip sellers with account intelligence and sales materials, and measure engagement, pipeline, opportunities, deal size, and expansion. The role also applies intent data, ABM technology, AI, and automation to improve targeting, personalization, and program performance.

Owns operations for Autodesk’s Enterprise Customer Sales business, partnering with senior Sales and Customer Success leaders. Diagnoses systemic operational issues, drives cross-functional resolution, establishes operational rhythms, develops business cases, and represents field needs in planning, segmentation, coverage, and policy decisions. Requires strong Revenue Operations expertise, enterprise sales knowledge, executive stakeholder experience, Salesforce proficiency, analytical problem-solving, and the ability to drive outcomes without direct authority.
