The role involves supporting customers by resolving their technical issues through various channels and documenting solutions for the Knowledge Base.

Lead analysis of the digital customer journey, measure campaign and web performance, build dashboards and forecasts, apply statistical methods, validate data, and present actionable insights to marketing and cross-functional stakeholders.

Partner with sales to drive adoption of Autodesk manufacturing solutions: lead technical discovery, document customer needs, deliver demos and ROI analyses, prepare executive presentations, support workshops and co-selling, and assist demand-generation activities. Remote (US) role with travel.
