Lead strategy and roadmap for Autodesk's IAM platform, enabling secure authentication and access across products. Collaborate with engineering, design, and stakeholders to discover, launch, and optimize solutions, mentor junior PMs, and influence executives using qualitative and quantitative insights.

Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain backend services, APIs, libraries, and tooling using Java or Go. Diagnose production issues, improve reliability, security, performance, observability, and operational readiness, and participate in monitoring and incident response. Collaborate with product, security, infrastructure, and engineering teams while contributing to reviews, documentation, technical decisions, and technical debt reduction.

Lead and mentor a high-performing Platform/DevOps team, manage application delivery, and improve internal CICD platforms while ensuring reliability and observability of systems.
