Provides comprehensive administrative support to the SVP of Global Expansion Sales, including complex calendar management, travel coordination, expense reporting, executive communications, event and offsite planning, meeting support, purchasing, and ad hoc projects. The role coordinates with other executive assistants, maintains distribution lists and shared directories, supports leadership operating rhythms, and manages sensitive relationships while working remotely in a fast-paced environment.

Leads operational workforce planning programs, including annual headcount planning cycles, governance, process optimization, reporting, metrics, and Workday Adaptive Planning improvements. Coordinates Finance, HR, Talent Acquisition, IT, and business stakeholders to align workforce demand, hiring plans, talent supply, and financial constraints. Manages cross-functional execution, continuous improvement, capability building, and external consulting relationships.

Supports Total Rewards activities across M&A transactions, including compensation and benefits diligence, modeling, integration planning, execution, and post-close harmonization. Analyzes job architecture, market data, equity, retention, and benefits programs; develops recommendations; partners with Finance, Legal, Corporate Development, and HR leaders; prepares decision materials; executes changes in Workday; and coordinates cross-functional delivery. Also supports executive and broad-based compensation activities during periods of lower M&A activity.
