Ensures machined component conformance across the supply chain, supporting NPI, APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, audits, and continuous improvement. Leads supplier and customer quality problem resolution, including 8D activities, scrap reduction, nonconformance management, corrective actions, FMEA and control plan updates, calibration checks, and internal process and system audits. Analyzes production performance and maintains customer-driven quality documentation.

Deputise for the Site Manager to oversee daily EV battery remanufacturing production: plan shifts, lead and develop teams, ensure safety, quality and efficiency, diagnose and test EV batteries, manage stock and documentation, support process improvements, audits, and new product introductions.

Receive, test, diagnose, repair and prepare high-voltage EV batteries for dispatch. Record and report test results, support EV projects, store batteries safely, load shipments, operate forklift as required, and follow quality and H&S procedures on rotating shifts.
