Design and develop aircraft system valves including concept, prototyping, testing, and support of legacy designs. Perform hands-on prototype building, performance and environmental/qualification testing, manufacturability and quality support, and manage multiple projects with potential leadership responsibilities. Opportunity to advance toward Director-level management.

Set up and operate CNC lathes to machine parts to print, inspect first-run and in-process parts with metrology tools, edit pre-written programs under supervision, perform basic maintenance, and improve processes. Progression to setup machinist as skills develop.

Lead and maintain the Quality Management System ensuring compliance with DFARS, ITAR, ISO standards and customer requirements. Oversee audits, CAPA, supplier quality, production support, metrics reporting, and continuous improvement across manufacturing.
