Operate and set up secondary-processing equipment to deburr, grind, polish, clean, assemble, inspect, and finish CNC-machined and stamped metal components. Read basic blueprints, verify dimensions with gauges and calipers, apply part identification, complete quality documentation, and follow safety and PPE requirements in a manufacturing environment.

Lead and maintain the Quality Management System ensuring compliance with DFARS, ITAR, ISO standards and customer requirements. Oversee audits, CAPA, supplier quality, production support, metrics reporting, and continuous improvement across manufacturing.

Set up and operate CNC lathes to machine parts to print, inspect first-run and in-process parts with metrology tools, edit pre-written programs under supervision, perform basic maintenance, and improve processes. Progression to setup machinist as skills develop.
